Who this applies to
LayerWorks (“we”, “us”) is currently a pre-launch waitlist for a webhook delivery infrastructure product. This policy covers the information we collect through the early access waitlist on this site. As the product launches and adds accounts, API access, and a dashboard, this policy will be expanded to cover that data as well — we’ll update the date above whenever that happens.
What we collect
Just your email address, when you submit it through the “Join Waitlist” form. We don’t use analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party scripts on this site — the waitlist form is the only thing on this page that collects information about you.
Why we collect it
To send you occasional email about LayerWorks: confirming your spot on the waitlist, product updates, and an invitation when early access opens. We don’t send anything else, and we don’t sell, rent, or share your email with anyone for advertising purposes.
Legal basis for processing
If you’re in the EU/EEA or UK, our basis for processing your email is your consent, given when you check the consent box and submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw that consent at any time — see “Your rights” below.
Where it’s stored, and who else sees it
Your email is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase. We use Resend to deliver the emails described above. Neither is given access to your email for any purpose beyond what’s described here — they act as our infrastructure providers, not as independent recipients of your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist itself is retired (for example, once early access invitations are fully sent out and the list is no longer needed).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your email at any time, or withdraw your consent to be emailed, by writing to info@layerworks.dev. We’ll act on your request within a reasonable time, and in any case within 30 days.
Children
LayerWorks is a B2B developer tool and is not directed at, or knowingly collecting information from, anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we’ll also note it in an email to the waitlist.
